Affiliate Disclosure

West Michigan 3PL Inc, operator of CritFlip, is an approved publisher in the eBay Partner Network. When you click a link on this site that routes you to eBay, or when you complete a purchase through the CritFlip in-app checkout flow, eBay may credit us with a referral commission. Your purchase price is not affected — you pay the same amount you would have paid going to eBay directly.

An affiliate link is a URL that includes a tracking parameter identifying the publisher who referred the visit. When a visitor follows an affiliate link and completes a qualifying action — usually a purchase within a defined window — the merchant credits the publisher with a commission. The tracking parameter does not give the publisher access to your purchase details or payment information.

Affiliate links may appear in any of the following surfaces:

• Listing previews and product cards inside the Service.
• The in-app one-click checkout flow that takes you to eBay's own purchase pages.
• Marketing pages on critflip.app that link out to eBay.
• Documentation, blog posts, or social content where we link out to eBay product pages as examples.

A persistent EPN disclosure line appears in the footer of every page on this site. On marketing pages where eBay imagery or affiliate-routed CTAs appear above the fold, an additional disclosure line appears near the relevant CTA.

We follow the eBay Partner Network's Network Agreement and program rules. In particular:

• We do not use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, or any other deceptive technique to attribute traffic.
• We do not represent ourselves as eBay or imply an official affiliation beyond being an EPN publisher.
• We do not bid on eBay's trademarks in paid search or in any way intercept traffic intended for eBay.
• We do not direct visitors to eBay through cashback, loyalty, or similar reward incentives that violate EPN's anti-incentive rules.

CritFlip is a software product. We do not sell the items you see in the Service — eBay sellers do, and your purchase is a transaction between you and that seller, governed by eBay's own terms. We are not responsible for the condition, accuracy, shipment, or return handling of any item bought through eBay.

eBay may modify the EPN program, our publisher status, commission rates, attribution windows, or other terms at any time. Those changes are outside our control. We update this page when the changes materially affect what we disclose.
